تفخر مدرسة مريم البتول بتأسيس مركز فريد للتعليم برؤيا إسلامية حيث يوجه التلاميذ – بالإضافة إلى تلقيهم تعليما واسعا ومتوازنا – إلى أن جميع التلاميذ – بغض النظر عن جنسهم – محترمون ومتساوون وقادرون على التكيف مع عالم متغير.
كما تزرع المدرسة في نفوس التلاميذ المبادىء الإيجابية من التسامح واحترام العقائد الأخرى والإنسانية والبيئة ضمن مجتمع متعدد الثقافات .
