REGISTRATION for the upcoming SCHOLASTIC YEAR 2024/25
 
As advised in Circular 09/2023.24, Kindergarten 1 registration for the upcoming scholastic year 2023/24 is currently open. New entries for KG1 (born 2021 and 2021), KG2 (2020) and Primary levels may register immediately. New students will pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee of €300. If you wish to visit the school, call for an appointment on 21664791. The following documents are required for new registrations:
·         Photo ID of parents/guardians of registering student – signed.
·         Original birth certificate or passport for student.
·         Immunization records for students.
·         2 passport size photos.
Registration of current students is also open. Registration is accepted upon full payment of any outstanding debt for the current year 2023/24 and a deposit of €200 per child which will be deducted from the 1st term payment of 2024/25. If payment is not made by the 24th of August your place may be taken by other paying students. The school operates on a first come first served basis, so we suggest that deposit for the coming scholastic year is affected as early as possible. Should you have some sort of difficulty kindly contact us as early as possible to avoid disappointments.

ALBATOOL School Fees Policy
ALBATOOL School is one of the few independent schools in Malta to offer low fees without compromising the quality of education delivered.
School fees are payable even when your child is unavailable to attend school due to sickness or for any other reason. You will have to give at least a month’s advance notice prior to withdrawing your child from the school. Failure to do so will result in school fees being due for that term.
·  The fees are as follows:
o   €1,500 for KINDERGARTEN for the full year; payments made via option 1 and 2 benefit from a discount of 10% for each sibling.
o   €1,800 for PRIMARY for the full year; payments made via option 1 and 2, benefit from a discount of 10% for each sibling.
·  Payment can be made in cash, cheque, or bank transfer. If opting for a bank transfer a copy of this must be given to the office.
·  Fees for school trips and other class activities may be chargeable to which parents will be notified in advance.
Payment options explained:
Option 1: Full payment in September will benefit from a €50 deduction.
Option 2: 3 payments of €500/600 (accordingly) at the beginning of each term
