Welcome to kindergarten 1A!
My name is Ms.Ashley and I am the teacher of the youngest students in school. In our class we promote learning through play and hands on experiences. Without any doubt children in class will explore the world around them, through several textures and messy play starting from shaving foam, soil, playdough, rice and water. Working simultaneously with the Emergent curriculum approach, children in class are encouraged to think outside the box and develop a strong sense of identity and character and hence we will be one of the craziest classrooms in schools with a strong sense of imagination. In class we believe in cooperation and community principles where we also combine the Maltese culture and norms with the Arabic values and traditions in order to build a multicultural and safe environment for all!
