E-twinning Project

Year 3D are participating in an eTwinning project entitled ReLiSh (Read, Listen, Share) where various countries are taking part during book week.  In this instance we read a story in Maltese called ‘Ninu, il-Pustier’ by Doris Schembri and listened to the French story ‘Roule Galette’.  Mr Kenneth Busuttil and Mr Kamel both interacted with the enthusiastic students during the session.

Future Classrooms

Children in Year 3 participated in an activity named “Future Classrooms” in which they themselves had to use the tablet, together with Lego cubes to make a moving robot. After doing so, the children used the tablet to code the robot. Each group worked on a different project and shared their work with their others. They enjoyed it a lot.

The school administration would like to thank Ms Jessica Muscat and Ms Doris Schembri for their dedication and enthusiasm towards motivating the students to complete their project. A big WELL DONE !

Year 6 Technology Project

The year 6 class has participated in a technological project which was part of an entrepreneurship programme sponsored by the Education Department. The project was carried out in collaboration with MEDE and Easy Peasy company which has provided the tools and human resources for its implementation. The kids have been assigned a stand at the Robotics fair at the MFCC in Ta Qali where they presented their product and sold it. It was an excellent opportunity for the kids to acquire different skills in the technological sector. After sessions of brainstorming and research to choose the right product, the class decided that they would design keychains, magnets and mini robots. Finally they had an exhibition with their work at the MRO where they could sell their products and talk about their project.

The school administration would like to thank Ms Diana Salerno for her constant commitment towards the welfare of our students.
